Direct Fired Heaters
These heaters are compact and contain no heat exchangers and of course, require no exhaust flue.
To operate within the required carbon dioxide concentration limits, the maximum temperature rise through this equipment is restricted to provide an air leaving temperature of up to 144ºC.
The burner has a turn down of 25:1 whilst still maintaining stable and clean combustion over the complete firing range.
The open flame direct gas fired burner releases all of the heat from combustion into the air stream which means that a thermal efficiency of 92% can be achieved. The prime advantage is in it’s economical operating costs.
The Casaire Heater occupies little space for its relevant capacity and can be located either on the floor within the space to be served, in a plant room, on a high level platform. Heaters can also be manufactured with a weatherproofed construction, therefore allowing the plant to be mounted externally to the building without any housing

Indirect Fired Heaters
The temperature rise for an indirect gas or oil fired heater would be limited to a maximum of 100 ºC.
Heaters can be supplied with modulating or high / low burners to suit individual applications.
Casaire Indirect systems can be fuelled by
Natural Gas
L.P.G.
Oil
Dual Fuel (Gas / Oil)
Steam
Low / Medium / High Pressure Hot Water
Casaire Limited is ensuring that the design of all its systems can incorporate new developements in renewable energy sources, encompassing the latest environmental technology. |

Commissioning
All commissioning of Casaire systems is carried out by our own qualified engineers.
The temperature requirements and time zones would be set by the engineer in accordance with the Clients instructions
Operating and Maintenance Manuals would be issued on completion of commissioning.
Demonstration & training on the operation of the Casaire system would be given to the Clients representatives at a convenient time to suit the Client. |
